1. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through a secure payment platform with SSL security certificate.
2. HOW SAFE IS MY PURCHASE?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered on an SSL secure page. Your information is SSL encrypted and sent directly to the credit card company's network, where the card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
3. ARE THERE FEES TO PAY FOR YOUR FACTORIES BEING ABROAD?
No. You will not pay any additional fees.
4. IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS, CAN I?
All of our deliveries are made after confirming all the data you provided when completing the order. If you want to change something, due to a change of address, or any other reason, please contact us immediately to request the change. Our email is contato@all-trends.com
5. EVEN WITH THE ORDER SENT, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be revised once your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your current address on your next order.
6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP? AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Delivery time is based on the shipping option you chose. After your order has been shipped, we will send you your tracking number via email (the one you registered with the order). The order processing and shipping time will be 1 to 5 business days, at the end of this period the tracking code will be sent to your email provided during registration for real-time tracking. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the Post Office.
